This home is stunning. Contemporary design with lots of space to hang out. Located in a perfect spot, the house has lots of privacy, but does not feel boxed in. The home is nicely appointed in all areas. Kitchen and baths ( you can have a party in the very cool master shower ) have everything you need, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The home has a fun feeling about it and is set up perfectly for a great getaway. The loft for the kiddos and and guest house make this place perfect for a larger gathering. Steps to the beach and absolutely fabulous views from the entire living area. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommend this one. We will be back! =)

We absolutely loved this gorgeous modern home. We booked this home to celebrate my birthday over the weekend with some friends and enjoyed our stay very much. House is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything that you need. Space is airy and bright, vaulted ceilings and prettiest chandeliers hanging down. Concept is open from kitchen to living room and dining room and worked out great with little ones. It's perfect for families with children, adult getaway and even a girls beach weekend. Private beach access is steps away from the beach and nobody can beat that. Owner is extremely helpful, accomodating and very easy to get in touch with. We look forward to returning here in the summer!

Beautiful beachfront setting, wide open gathering spaces, mid-century modern style, well appointed kitchen (even sharp knives!), comfy beds, four chairs on the deck for surf or star gazing. What more could we ask? We (two couples) stayed during two summery days in February, which was an added bonus, but on rainy days, the big view of the surf is especially stunning. Kris was great to work with. Our visit included a very delicious dinner at Blackbird in Manzanita.

This home met all of the needs of our group of 5 adults and 2 children. With direct beach access, the location is perfect. The full wall of windows enabled us to have a great view of a winter storm over the ocean. The home is immaculate,well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. We cooked all of our meals in the spacious well equipped kitchen. The upstairs loft is perfect for children. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.
Kris is very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.
We will definitely be renting this home again.

This place is fantastic! The house is well-kept and fully loaded with all the things you need for a great weekend. We have rented for the last twenty years on the coast, but are now spoiled with this ocean front home. We are already planning our next trip.

This home sits directly on the beach with a panoramic view of perhaps the nicest stretch of beach on the Oregon Coast. It is situated in an ideal location making both Cannon Beach and Manzanita easily accessible in minutes. We rented the house for Thanksgiving, and we had an incredible time. We found the kitchen to be nicely appointed and spacious for cooking. The "open concept" living space was ideal for entertaining, and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The upstairs loft bedroom is particularly good for children. We would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to others.

I've lived in Oregon for 10 years and have been to the coast for long weekends at least a couple dozen times. I've never had a better experience than we did in this beautiful, dreamy beach house. I can't imagine a better location and view. The beach is literally outside the back door. As the pics show, the windows facing the ocean create a gorgeous, painting-like panorama. The house itself is tastefully minimalist and modern, yet still feels cozy and welcoming. Kris is a personable, communicative, and excellent host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is an AMAZING house! It is so private and the view is out of this world memorizing - the open space layout is ideal to take advantage of the full wall of windows looking out over the beach. There was a view of Castle Rock from every window. It was like staying in a magazine! So stylist, comfortable, beautifully decorated, amazing views - plus literally STEPS away from the beach (with its own private beach access).
We were there for 3 days and literally did not leave the house (except to explore the shoreline and make use of the beach fire pit of course), it was just SO beautiful and relaxing.
You can always visit Cannon Beach or Manzanita for shopping or dining, also Hug Point and Oswald State Park make for great outings nearby. Arch Cape is perfect because it is not as busy as the other towns mentioned, it was like our own private beach!
We made home cooked meals every night and there was top of the line appliances, dishes, and cookware - we didn't lack anything and felt right at home. There is a small loft up the spiral staircase for kids to use. There are so many places to sit and watch the ocean - one of my favorites was the cozy built in bench next to the fireplace. The outside deck runs along the whole front of the house so you can sit in adirondack chairs and watch the waves. They had all sorts of board games & beach toys etc available. The beds are SO comfortable too! Everything was very high quality, the furniture was all new and comfortable. The modern bathrooms were so nice and the master has a HUGE shower. The attention to detail in this house is amazing - even down to the fancy lighting everywhere.
The photos of this place are amazing, but its even better in real life! The new owners of the house were very nice and called to see if we enjoyed ourselves after we checked out. You have got to stay here!
